چکیده
Abstract Melanoma is the most dangerous type of cancer, with a high rate metastasis. The conventional method treating skin melanoma photodynamic therapy, yet this phototherapy has several side effects. In addition, photosensitizers used are relatively expensive and toxic. Thus, developing methods cancer using laser only promising area research. Here we present in vitro effects cell culture after 1265 nm irradiation exposure.

P-61: Effect of 830 nm Diode LASER Irradiation on Human Sperm Motility
Background Sperm motility is known as an effective parameter in male fertility and it depends on energy consumption. Low level LASER irradiation could increases energy supply to the cell by producing of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). The purpose of this study is to evaluate how the low level LASER irradiation affects the human sperm motility. MaterialsAndMethods Fresh human semen specimens of as...

Objectives The use of lasers for the treatment of periimplant hard and soft tissues is now refmore than ever before. Achieving bone integrity. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of Er:YAG, 980 nm and 810 nm diode lasers irradiation on biocompatibility of SLA titanium disks by SaOs2 cells morphology. Methods In this in-vitro study sixty sterile titanium disks with SLA surface were...
متن کاملEffects of low-power Gallium Aluminum Arsenide Laser irradiation on the mast cells of skin wounds in rats
Background and aim: Low-power lasers relief pain in some musculoskeletal disorders and accelerate wound healing process. However, there are few reports on effects of low-power lasers on mast cells. In this study the effects of low-power gallium aluminium arsenide laser (Ga.Al.As.laser) radiation on number and degranulation of mast cells of open skin wound bed of rats were studied using qu...
متن کاملThe effects of 660 nm and 780 nm laser irradiation on viability of random skin flap in rats.
BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE Some studies have shown that laser phototherapy is able to increase skin flap viability by decreasing the necrotic area and increasing neoangiogenesis. However, the mechanism by which laser acts on cells is not fully understood. The present study investigated the effects of two different laser wavelengths at 30 and 40 J/cm(2) on the viability of skin flap in rats. MAT...
